Client responsibilities

• Confirm that you have the right to use any content you supply (logos, photos, copy, trademarks).

Payments

Project fees and any ongoing hosting/support fees are described in your agreement. Unless otherwise stated, payments are due as invoiced.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise in writing, you retain ownership of your brand assets and content you provide. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, code libraries, and processes. Upon full payment, you receive the rights to the custom website deliverables for your business use.

Disclaimers

We aim for high performance, reliability, and best practices, but we do not guarantee specific revenue, rankings, or business outcomes. Third-party platforms (search engines, hosting providers, browsers) can change behavior outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solid Site Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project per the written agreement. Ongoing hosting/support can be canceled with reasonable notice; any unpaid balances remain due.
